Starting up
- We always start with a market research and business development plan based on accurate data and current market information specific for your business and your product lines in order to set the foundation; Is there a potential market? Where can I go with my product, etc.
- Assisting with starting up a (sales) B.V. (limited liability company) in the Netherlands, we offer a full setup of your company structure in The Netherlands including the company registration at the Chamber of Commerce. We work closely with a local notary for the design and setup of the Dutch Corporate Structure.
Tax
- We provide first class Dutch tax advice and take care of fiscal & tax services (returns).

- Filing the VAT returns on a quarterly basis.

- Filing the ICP on a monthly basis.

- Filing the CBS declaration monthly.

- Filing the salary Tax return monthly (if applicable).

- We have an excellent working relationship with the Dutch tax authorities, we know what they want!

- In the future, we can potentially organize a tax ruling with Dutch Authorities to reduce profit taxation. Moreover, we are continuously in touch with the tax authorities to stay up-to-date regarding new developments.

- We apply for a 30% tax ruling for workers from abroad (150km from the Dutch border).
Accountancy
- We offer the accounting of the books which will take place in a fully computerized system.

- We provide a salary administration according to the Collective Labor Agreement as applicable in The Netherlands.

- We support the opening of a bank account at the local banks (ING/ABN-Amro/Rabobank) or modern online banks.

- We offer a settle service for EU and non-EU workers.
- We offer a payroll service for EU workers.
Legal
- We work with a network of migration lawyers (Rotterdam and Amsterdam areas) for other type of visas.
- We offer a network of corporate lawyers from the Rotterdam area
- We provide Visa applications and payroll services for Highly Skilled Migrants and Visas for family reunions.
Extra Services
- We offer a registration address at a commercial provider / co-working office space. This means an address for your company including use of the lounge room, Wifi, coffee and meetings rooms for a very low fee per year, and there are several options to rent an office space that will match your future business requirements.
- We can assist in finding the right location for your office or warehouse in the preferred area or connect with a third-party service provider for logistics and packaging services.
- We can provide the right contacts for logistics and customs clearance services (Brexit proof).
- We can provide permanent or interim General Management to physically set up an office or operation according to your product lines.
- We can create business connections to commercially enhance the sale of your products.
- We can assist with finding accommodation for your foreign employees.
- We can assist in finding local employees from General Manager/CEO/CFO/CCO to commercial and operational employees and temporary workers.
- We can provide the right training for foreign employees if necessary (languages and culture)
