One of our clients, a global leading supplier and exporter of Fresh Produce, including Dry Fruit and Nuts,
is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager, Germany & Benelux to join their European team.

Profiel / Profile

  • Region specific sales and market development.
  • Customers retention - seeking to cement existing supply contracts by constantly looking at market
  • Trends, competition, and customer bespoke developments. Keep ahead of our competition in
  • Terms of value-added actions for our customers.
  • Growth plans - Develop new categories with existing customers, locate and approach new customers.

Functie-eisen / Job requirements

  • Experience in sales in those specific markets – Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium and the
  • Netherlands – doesn’t have to be product specific but ideally in the Fresh Produce market.
  • High interpersonal skills, confidence in Excel and PPT, clear and articulate writing skills, dynamic and upbeat personality.
  • Constantly look at market trends with the intention of identifying new opportunities in our field or complementary fields.
  • Liaising with our company’s various functions to ensure the commercial programs are sufficiently
  • supplied whilst a positive margin is achieved.
  • Managing and tracking his/her territories' P&L and KPI’s.
  • Speak Fluent German preferaby a native German candidate
